Ken Ray Memorial Gallery

Ken was a former club president and the club’s news letter editor.  He mentioned being a radio technician in the navy during WWII and did a variety of things in civilian life including electronics and had a bee hive honey business. Ken learned to fly full scale planes and radio control model airplanes very early in his life.  He liked 4 star 40’s, PBY’s, twin engines, helicopters and anything new and cutting edge.  He never lost interest or the ability to fly RC and was still flying well at the age of 84.  He was a generous and loyal person and we will miss him.
